For four decades, it has been our privilege to walk alongside this community through growth, healing, and change. We are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us and the stories you’ve allowed us to hold.

As of February 1, 2026, our clinicians are transitioning out of the group practice and into solo practices and SWPA is officially closed.
