Sue (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has worked for many years as a psychotherapist in private practice with Southwest Psychotherapy. She brings clinical experience in healthcare settings to her practice through her prior work with MD Anderson, UTMB, and Houston Hospice. Sue offers expertise in working with people facing life-changing transitions such as major illness, loss, and grief, and also serves those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and other crises.
She employs an active style of practice that is both direct and supportive, focused on client-centered solutions that foster improved communication skills, healthier self-esteem, and a better sense of control in their lives.
She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. Sue helps people navigate transition by implementing positive changes in their lives and in their relationships.
